What the day will look like

1. Supporting the Global Finance community through resolving technical issues for Finance Systems
2. Delivering and developing the monthly management reporting using Power BI
3. Supporting the design and deployment of new functionalities, delivering clear and comprehensive technical end-user trainings
4. Executing and documenting UAT testing during system upgrades and new projects
5. Liaising with all internal Finance stakeholders and the IT support teams

Skills and experience that will lead to success

1. 2 years of experience in Financial SSC/BPO
2. Very good command of Office 365
3. Experience in Project Management would be an asset
4. Highly motivated and proactive, with good verbal/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
5. Experience in Trintech Cadency suite would be beneficial
