We are currently looking for a Financial Systems Administrator (Netsuite) to join our team - remote work
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee and configure financial tools: Oracle NetSuite, Yooz, Kyriba, Fastfour and others - serve as the primary technical point of contact at the group level.
- Administer above applications (access management, service monitoring).
- Manage application architecture documentation aligned with IFRS, applicable GAAP, ISO 27000 and good security practices.
- Install, integrate, and validate new applications, ensuring data consistency and access control.
- Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and internal teams to align solutions with business and IT goals.
- Conduct team meetings for project updates, challenge discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct feasibility studies and compliance assessments.
- Align IT solutions with company strategies, focusing on data integration and standardization.
Our requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Oracle NetSuite management or similar;
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an international IT setting.
- Strong English skills; French is a plus.
Optional:
- Knowledge of Yooz, Kyriba, or Fastfour is advantageous.
- Background in IT architecture, data management, IT operations, and project delivery.
- Expertise in reporting SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO, etc. is advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multicultural projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Prince2, ITIL, or Agile is a plus.
