Role Overview:

The Financial System Integration Manager will manage with direct responsibility the smooth operation, strategic direction, and continued rollout and enhancement of our key quote to cash systems (Salesforce to Maxio to Netsuite). This quote to cash process is new to the company as of 2023 (consisting of internally developed modules, Salesforce( which has its own dedicated resources internally), Maxio, and Netsuite) with implementation across 1.5 of 4 business units as of January 2024. The Manager will achieve the desired outcomes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, direct and optimize system performance, facilitate systems integrations, and drive the strategic direction and further development of this platform in support of the business. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and coordinator of resources capable of leading across senior cross-functional levels with a deep understanding of business processes and the technical underpinnings which enable them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and day to day direction as well as hands-on participation in the continued evolution and rollout of quote to cash systems across our portfolio of business units
• Work with quote to cash system users to define requirements across the integrated tech stack
• Work with technology owners to design solutions to deliver on quote to cash user requirements
• Collaborate on softwaredevelopment projects for customization and interoperability with other core systems ( product dashboards, reporting engines etc)
• Monitor financial software systems performance,ensuring data flows between platforms and identifying and addressing issues for optimal functionality & ensuring that data and information are accurate, complete, consistent, and valid.
• Document the quote to cash process
• Contribute to user training programs and system aptitude across the business
• Stay updated on industry trends for innovative solutions.

To be successful in this role, you need the following:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience working with SaaS business support revenue systems and/or financial systems
• Strong understanding of system architecture and operational metrics for business support systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, or other relevant data analysis and manipulation technical skills is a plus
• Prior experience providing technical support and training to end-users is a plus
• Prior experience working with Salesforce/Maxio ( Chargify/SaaS Optics/Netsuite) is a plus
