Twój zakres obowiązków

1.maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
2.recording daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments
3.reconciliation of bank statements and settlements with suppliers and customers.
4.preparing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations (JPK, VAT, CIT, etc.)
5.support in preparing payroll and related tax returns (e.g. ZUS)
6.managing invoices and ensuring timely payment processing
7.support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
8.communication with external stakeholders, including tax authorities, auditors and suppliers
9.assistance in preparing documentation for audits
10.ensuring compliance with Polish accounting principles (Polish GAAP) and internal financial policies
11.Oversee and ensure the financial compliance and accuracy of employee contract management and payroll processes under company president.

1.experience as an accountant or similar accounting-related position in Poland
2.solid knowledge of Polish accounting principles and tax regulations
3.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with Polish ERP/accounting systems preferred)
great attention to detail and accuracy
4.ability to maintain integrity in handling confidential information
5.good organizational and time management skills
6.communication skills in Polish (fluent) and English (intermediate level or higher)
7.higher education in accounting, finance or a related field (or post-secondary vocational education in accounting)
8.minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
9.knowledge of Polish accounting and tax reporting requirements
