We are currently seeking a Financial Specialist to join our finance department. If you like working with both - numbers and people, repetitive tasks dont bore you, and youre diligent and precise – this job is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Settlement and control of company expenses (credit card expenses, business trip expenses, etc).
- Collection, recording, approving, and forwarding cost invoices to external accounting service.
- Sending payment reminders to clients.
- Support in the collection of HR documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an internal accounting department (preferred Accounts Payable).
- Strong attention to details.
- Excellent in Polish and fluent in English (min. B2).
- Relevant education (finance, accounting, economics) will be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Polish Accounting and Tax Law.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the MSOffice package.
