Financial Services IT Country Leader Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Operating system Windows About the project We are currently seeking an experienced IT Leader to lead and manage all IT-related activities for the financial subsidiary of Stellantis Financial Services (SFS). This role involves both strategic oversight and operational execution of the company’s IT agenda in alignment with SFS and SIBS group strategies. As an integral part of the local Management Committee, the IT Leader will ensure the delivery of effective, secure, and scalable IT solutions that support business growth while maintaining compliance with group and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities Lead and coordinate the IT department, covering software development, technical services, network infrastructure, and end-user support. Define and implement the local IT strategy aligned with SFS and SIBS group policies. Manage and deliver complex IT and digital transformation projects. Oversee IT security and ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations. Act as the Local IT Responsible (LIR) for the subsidiary, collaborating with the group’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Prepare and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. Provide continuous improvement of systems and applications to support business efficiency and cost optimization. Serve as a key liaison between local management, central IT teams, and brand-specific stakeholders across the Stellantis Group. Our requirements University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Project Management and Budget Management certifications are a plus.
