We are currently looking for a Financial Services Account Associate with English to support the Client Services team for our location in Poznan.
What you will be doing
- The telephone and written answers from every day to complex inquiries of our customers and consultants.
- Responding to our customers challenges and providing a solution.
- Compliance with quality standards, possible control function related to out KYC process.
- Verification of customer KYC documentation and, if necessary, corresponding post-verification.
- Escalation of difficult issues and complaint management.
- Participation in projects to implement the companys goals and improve certain processes.
What you bring
- 1-2 years of work experience in finance
- Experience in customer service – spoken and written
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher) and good communication skills in written and spoken German would be a strong advantage
- Availability during our US work shift hours (starting at 1:00 PM, Monday-Friday) is essential for this role.
- A high degree of accuracy, quality and service orientation
- Independent and team-oriented work to achieve set deadlines
- Good organizational skills and high resilience without losing focus on the customer
