Financial Services Account Associate Senior (18‑month assignment)

About Your Role

• Handle telephone and written inquiries from everyday to complex customer and consultant questions.
• Respond to customer problems and find solutions.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and perform quality control functions.
• Verify customer orders and, when necessary, perform post‑processing.
• Escalate difficult issues and manage complaints.
• Participate in projects to implement company goals and improve processes.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in finance.
• Experience in customer service, both written and verbal.
• Fluent English (at least C1).
• High degree of accuracy, quality focus, and service orientation.
• Independent and team‑oriented work style with strong deadline focus.
• Good organizational skills and resilience while maintaining customer focus.
