Overview


Financial Reporting Analyst - EMEA at CBRE. Location: Warsaw. You will support European teams with financial reporting at the property company level, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful data for decision-making across EMEA.



What You’ll Be Doing



  • Managing the reporting calendar for assigned projects and ensuring timely delivery of financial reports.

  • Collaborating with EMEA teams and fund controllers to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data (IFRS).

  • Performing analytical reviews and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reported data.

  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at the entity level.

  • Supporting external audits and liaising with Big 4 advisors.

  • Working closely with Property Managers, Accountants, and Controllers across the region.

  • Contributing to the standardization and automation of reporting processes.



What We’re Looking For



  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics.

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar role or within Audit.

  • Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.

  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a true team player.

  • Fluency in Polish and English; German or French is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Real Estate investment metrics knowledge and experience with Yardi is a bonus but not essential.
