Our Client, a global leader in the healthcare manufacturing sector, is currently seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Specialist to join their Global Manufacturing Finance Team.

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst who will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for our client’s global operations. This role works closely with the Finance Business Partner and other internal teams to provide accurate financial insights and ensure strong cost control.

FP&A Specialist with Serbian

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

  • Support preparation of budgets and forecasts for assigned business areas.
  • Track financial results and highlight key variances vs. plan.
  • Work with the Finance Business Partner on profitability reviews and cost analysis.
  • Provide input and updates in forecasting and planning tools.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities (accruals, reconciliations, reports).
  • Prepare clear management reports and presentations, including KPIs and financial summaries.
  • Check cost centers, fixed assets, CAPEX requests, internal orders, and investment-related documentation.
  • Support audit-related data requests and review financial postings for accuracy.
  • Cooperate with teams such as Accounting, Commercial, Operations, and Medical Affairs.
  • Participate in global and local projects aimed at improving finance processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.
  • Strong command of English and at least B2 Serbian.
  • Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cost analysis, and financial metrics (e.g., EBITDA).
  • Confident user of SAP; other planning tools are a plus.
  • Very good analytical skills, structured work style, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
