The opportunity

This opportunity as a Financial Planning Analyst within the Financial Planning Operations Team involves serving as a business partner and advisor to key business leaders and senior FPO team members by assisting or delivering the financial analysis, reporting, as well as supporting the annual financial planning processes. In this role, you will establish trusted relationships with clients, provide analytical expertise, and introduce innovative reporting solutions.

Your key responsibilities

1. Actively participate in Global Integrated Planning processes ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing reliable reporting and analytics.
2. Assist senior FPO members in month-end analysis process to ensure financial results accuracy, and in preparation of presentations for Senior Leadership meetings.
3. Identify and evaluate existing processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiencies.
4. Cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders and business leaders across the organization to drive alignment and collaboration to support operational initiatives.
5. Work with data scientists and data engineers to co-create and implement data-driven solutions to business problems.
6. Conduct or support reactive, ad-hoc data-driven analyses, as needed, to answer business questions using a variety of data sources and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help businesses make better decisions.
7. Provide critical business and finance/markets domain knowledge, analytical and data interrogation expertise to the development of projects.
