Due to the dynamic growth of our client – a globally operating company in the medical industry – we are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist (Treasury Operations).

Tasks:

• Credit Card Program Management: Issuing, using, and canceling credit cards.
• Transaction Processing: Verifying and processing payments to ensure everything is accurate!
• Reconciliation: Ensuring that credit card statements align with company records and resolving any discrepancies.
• Compliance Monitoring: Controlling adherence to policies and procedures by card users.
• Reporting: Creating clear and comprehensive reports on card usage and expense compliance.
• Cardholder Support: Responding to questions and assisting in resolving issues.
• Policy Updating: Co-creating and implementing procedures related to credit cards.
• New Programs: Collaborating on negotiations and developing new financial solutions with card providers.
• Vendor Coordination: Cooperating with credit card companies and managing accounts.
• Audit Preparation: Supporting control processes and audits related to transactions.

Requirements:

• Education: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in financial administration, accounting, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with credit card management systems – an advantage!
• Fluent English – both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of regulations related to credit card transactions – would be an additional asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
