For a client in the financial area, we are looking for a Financial Operation Specialist. The idea of the company is to finance the full investment cycle associated with the construction and commercialization of various types of warehouse properties, located in strategic areas with good access to infrastructure.

• 9,000 - 12,000 PLN/month gross (contract of employment)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Recruitment Process

Stage 1: Phone call with {skills} matter recruiter (15-30 min)

Stage 2: Several online meetings with the client (1h)

Your Daily Tasks

• Preparation of financial reports
• Financial analyses
• Support in preparation of budget and financial plans
• Monitoring, control, approval, analysis of cost invoices
• Preparing tranches of current transfers
• Confirmation of balances with Polish and foreign counterparties
• Review of credit agreements and collateral in these agreements
• Contact with external companies in the financial industry, banks, accounting office
• Posting of bank statements and sales and purchase invoices
• Preparation of payments
• Assisting in account reconciliation
• Reviewing financial statements
• Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in the formulas necessary to analyze data sets
• Ability to think creatively and a problem-solving attitude
• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics
• Ability to work in a team
• Independence and good organization of work
• English at a minimum B2 level
• Experience in working in an accounting/finance department
