Responsibilities

Financial Operations (Core):

• Manage day-to-day operational finance processes: settlements, cashflow, invoicing, payments
• Monitor and optimize liquidity and financial flows (cash management)
• Coordinate monthly closing processes (data validation, timelines, completeness)
• Create and update financial forecasts, budgets, cashflow projections
• Oversee preparation of management and operational reports
• Ensure financial compliance of documents, invoices, and contracts
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, financial platforms

Processes & Tools:

• Design and implement financial-operational procedures
• Improve end-to-end finance workflows — from invoicing to international settlements
• Initiate and implement automation of document and data flows
• Co-create and develop KPI monitoring tools (BI dashboards, reporting tools)
• Work closely with the CFO and CEO on financial planning, analysis, and strategy
• Participate in special projects (e.g. new entities, products, financial models)
• Prepare data and materials for audits, investor analysis, and due diligence
• Contribute to cost structure planning and organizational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in the financial sector is a plus, including PSP, EMI, banking, or crypto (nice to have)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations / controlling / FP&A
• Experience in dynamic environments (start-up, scale-up, fintech, consulting) is a plus
• Strong skills in designing processes “from scratch” and managing change
• Business-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and independence
• Fluent in English — written and spoken (international work environment)
