For one of our clients we are looking for Finance operations Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise customer-related financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to regional financial regulations and internal control standards
- Oversee the use and optimization of ERP and banking platforms for daily operations
- Act as a key liaison between finance, compliance, and external banking partners
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process enhancement
- Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate documentation and insights
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations or customer accounting
- Previous leadership experience
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with European financial regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in enterprise financial systems and digital banking tools
