Financial Operational Controller Miejsce pracy: Katowice Your responsibilities Preparing annual accounts and regulatory reports of the pension fund, while acting as the central point of contact for internal teams and external parties such as auditors, custodians, and other stakeholders. Coordinating, planning, organizing, and monitoring the progress of interim and year-end audits performed by the external auditor. Ensuring timely and complete delivery of the balance file aligned with the prepared-by-client list. Handling external reporting to supervisory bodies, including the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). Overseeing all financial reporting activities for pension funds. Preparing monthly DNB funding ratio reports and annual reports in accordance with RJ 610 and FTK. Bringing experience with Exact Financials (preferred). Managing actuarial staff and contributing to actuarial analyses. Developing and maintaining the financial domain for pensions, including work with pension administration systems. Switching seamlessly between roles as project manager or finance manager within asset management, pension administration, and IT. Coordinating actuarial and financial reporting between the pension office and external stakeholders such as auditors and actuaries. Our requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling roles. Higher professional education degree in Finance, Accountancy, Mathematics or Business Economics. Command of Polish and English, both spoken and written, Dutch will be an asset. Good command of Excel. Analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
