• 1–3 years of experience in corporate finance (Investment Banking, M&A, Valuation, or Infrastructure/Capital Advisory).
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience building robust financial models.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting fundamentals.
• Creativity, independent thinking, and ownership mindset.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Curiosity and drive for continuous learning.
• Fluent English and Polish.
