Financial Manager

Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage all financial operations of a company including controlling, accounting, tax, treasury and audit.
- Provide leadership and oversight of finance team, organization and processes. Develop people within the financial scope.
- Support month end process, prepare, analyze and share timely P&L and cash reports on a monthly basis, for plant and logistic platform.
- Analyze manufacturing / logistic costs, provide recommendations for improvement and optimization of the operational effectiveness.
- Prepare annual budgets and reforecast financial performance on a monthly basis, for submission to corporate management in a timely manner.
- Ensure full year end close process within requested deadlines, support audit operations.
- Manage timely preparation of all required financial & tax reports in order to meet all legal requirements.
- Secure all administrative aspects, relating with banks, insurance, lawyers, etc.
- Be the main point of contact for matters relating with IT: liaise with Corporate IT, local service providers and support company projects.
- Report to Group Operations Director and functionally to the Group Finance Director
Our requirements
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles
- Ability to manage and inspire a team
- Ability to be a part of and bring added value to the local management team
- Understand key business drivers, proactively seek out opportunities and recommend solutions that can be effectively supported
- Rigorous in books keeping
- Energic and high level of dedication - A financially oriented who can demonstrate accomplishments relative to identifying/exploiting opportunities for improving productivity, and enhancing profit performance
- Strong knowledge of various cultures and international ways of reporting - Proven experience in reporting according to IFRS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English – French a plus
- Excellent IT, ERP and accounting systems skills - Systems implementation experience a plus
