Role Overview
As a Finance Manager, you will build clear management accounting, bring structure to crypto financial operations, and coordinate with tax advisors for a fast-growing crypto payments company. The role involves active communication with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain management accounting reports (P&L, cash flow, financial dashboards)
- Ensure accurate tracking of transactions
- Coordinate and control the work of the Canadian tax accountant (data preparation, timelines, follow-ups)
- Analyze and select a suitable crypto accounting tool (high-precision, crypto-native)
- Improve internal financial processes and documentation
- Support founders with financial insights and ad-hoc analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial or management accounting
- Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Hands‑on experience with crypto transactions and understanding of crypto accounting specifics
- Solid understanding of management reporting (P&L, cash flow, unit economics)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience working with external accountants or auditors
