Financial Instruments Trading Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configuring and overseeing trading systems, including adding and removing offered financial instruments (such as stocks, ETFs, and CFDs on stocks and ETFs) as well as defining trading parameters and other settings.
• Ensuring proper execution and processing of client orders.
• Monitoring the accuracy of financial instrument quotations.
• Reconciling orders, transactions, and market positions in terms of both quality and quantity.
• Creating reports, analyses, and documentation for internal and external purposes.
• Collaborating with the sales and customer service departments, as well as with the company’s international units.
• Cooperating with the Product and Technology departments on the development of investment products, trading platforms, and IT solutions.
• Collaborating with other participants in the financial instruments trading system (brokers).

Requirements

• Securities Broker License.
• Willingness to work in a rotational shift system, including night shifts.
• Knowledge of trading rules and regulations of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).
• Understanding of the functioning of domestic and international regulated markets.
• Knowledge of VBA and SQL; Python knowledge will be an additional asset.
• Proficiency in working with data in MS Excel.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
