• Manage transition projects for accounting processes in line with VW migration standards
• Review and adapt migration methodology to meet business needs
• Plan and monitor transition activities including risk, resource, and reporting management
• Create and maintain documentation supporting project and process delivery
• Provide data for recruitment and support training and knowledge transfer
• Report on project progress, risks, and budget
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments
• Promote continuous improvement in transitioned processes
