Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing customer and prospect education strategies
• Managing a team of finance-focused content specialists
• Designing modern methodologies for financial and investment education
• Creating high‑quality, methodologically consistent materials (e‑books, articles, videos, webinars, microlearning)
• Initiating new educational formats and channels (podcasts, animations, interactive courses, newsletters)
• Monitoring and applying global trends in education and investing
• Collaborating with local markets and marketing teams on content adaptation
• Analyzing the effectiveness of educational initiatives and reporting key metrics

Requirements

• Experience in the role of a learning designer, instructional designer, or online educator
• Practical knowledge of modern adult‑learning trends and e‑learning tools
• Ability to create engaging written and multimedia educational materials
• Experience in managing a team of content creators
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution skills
• Fluent command of English
