Then Data Operations Financial Information wants to hear from you! We are a customer-focused, collaborative, and highly motivated team responsible for running the data factory of SIX Financial Information. Our goal is to procure, enrich, and deliver high-quality reference and market data while continuously improving our global data operations. In this role, you will work closely with international data operations teams, stakeholders, and business partners.

What You Will Do

• lead and develop a high-performance data operations team through coaching, performance reviews, and skill development
• ensure stable daily operations while driving continuous improvement and KPI achievement
• contribute to national and international data operations and support the global data operations strategy
• identify and implement process, quality, and efficiency improvements across data production
• represent the team internally and externally, influencing operational standards and best practices

What You Bring

• proven leadership experience in financial data, financial services, or a related industry
• strong knowledge of securities markets, financial instruments, and the European capital market landscape
• excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
• affinity for technology and digitalization (AI, RPA, ML; SAFe experience is an asset)
• fluent in English and French (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus
