Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of Financial Controller is to work closely with the Plant Controller and act as a business partner, contributing to the decision-making process by providing reliable and accurate information on time and in the required form.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain material master data in SAP.
• Perform analysis over production costs and inventories follow-up, margin analysis, cash flow, sales, and raw material deviation analysis.
• Fixed costs, engineering projects cost follow-up, and cost centers analysis.
• Create standard reports for decision-making processes on time.
• Validation of inputs and participation in reporting processes (budget, monthly and weekly forecast).
• Accrual & Provision calculation for monthly closing.
• Guarantee financial data accuracy and standardization.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling in an industrial environment.
• Experience in the automotive industry will be a huge advantage.
• Very good level of English.
• Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting or equivalent.
• SAP-ERP knowledge with experience in extraction & reporting.
• Extensive computer knowledge, particularly in MS Office Excel.
• Ability to adapt to changes in business dynamics and predict changes to be made in controlling processes.
• A strong spirit of entrepreneurship and teamwork within the Plant and Financial international community.
• Good communication skills and autonomy.
