About Our Client

Our client is an international company from the real estate sector. Due to the further development of the company and new investments, we are looking for candidates for the position of Financial Controller. The employed person will be responsible for the finances of several properties from the companys portfolio, including controlling and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.

Job Description

1. Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
2. Responsible for group reporting in accordance with IFRS
3. Cash flow management
4. Supervision over the accounting department
5. Reporting to banks
6. Participation in projects related to efficient financial and operational reporting
7. Cooperation with auditors, appraisers, and financial institutions

The Successful Applicant

1. Min. 5 years of experience in financial audit or/and financial controlling in the real estate sector
2. ACCA or CIMA (also in progress) will be a big advantage
3. Very good knowledge of IFRS
4. Proficiency in MS Excel
5. Good command of English both spoken and written
6. Commitment, focus on achieving goals
7. Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
8. High interpersonal and analytical skills
