Job Description:

• Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Responsible for group reporting in accordance with IFRS
• Cash flow management
• Supervision over accounting department
• Reporting to banks
• Participation in projects related to efficient financial and operational reporting
• Cooperation with auditors, appraisers and financial institutions

Minimum Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in financial audit or/and financial controlling in real estate sector
• ACCA or CIMA (also in progress) will be a big advantage
• Very good knowledge of IFRS
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Commitment, focus on achieving goals
• Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
• High interpersonal and analytical skills
