The person in this position will provide support in the preparation of strategy development, business performance management, capital investment evaluation, analysis of key plant performance indicators, and provide practical recommendations for both strategy and operations to initiate improvements that support the companys growth.

Tasks:

• Providing high-quality reporting and analysis of financial and operational trends to improve effective management decision-making.
• Timely support of the basics of cost accounting, e.g., development of material and general standards; valuation and reconciliation of inventory; provisions/provisions for receivables from inventories.
• Ensuring consistency and meeting internal reporting requirements of the Group and Division.
• Cooperation in the field of weekly reporting and the monthly closing process and preparation of financial packages.
• Ensuring timely, accurate and appropriate calculation and analysis of product costs.
• Preparation of relevant information for budgeting and forecasting as well as deviation analyses.
• Making ad hoc reports related to production results in Poland.

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education with a specialization in finance.
• Knowledge of controlling from an international company.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and tax law is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level, spoken and written.
