Financial Controller (HUB, SSC) – OPmobility, Cracow

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Controller to oversee controlling activities mainly for our Financial HUB in Cracow.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes of HUB entities;
• Analyze comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to support strategic decision‑making;
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations;
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities;
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of chargeback invoices to business units, ensuring timely and accurate billing;
• Look after accounting monthly operations to ensure accuracy of chargeback methodologies.

Qualifications

• Finance or engineering degree; professional certification such as CMA, CIMA, or CPA is a plus;
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and accounting roles, with a significant portion in a shared service;
• Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights;
• Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle);
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
