• Prepare financial reports and analyse monthly and annual performance against budget and forecast.
• Lead the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial compliance.
• Manage grant accounting and reporting.
• Oversee month closing and collaborate closely with the accounting team.
• Support the procurement function in cost control, contract alignment and budget adherence.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Management Board.
• Drive development, implementation and optimisation of financial tools and ERP systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency of financial data and decision-making.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (or during studies).
• 5+ years of experience in controlling, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Understanding of public grant fund rules and financial compliance requirements or willingness to learn.
• Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., eNova 365, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics).
• Solid Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ownership mindset.
• Good communication skills - ability to collaborate with multiple departments (finance, procurement, R&D).
• Good command of English.
