Obowiązki

• participation in the creation of financial plans and budgets, verification of actual sales and costs deviations from the plans,
• financial forecasting, data analysis, and reporting along with recommendations,
• preparation of ad hoc analyses and presentations,
• close collaboration with the Managing Director, purchasing, and production,
• analysis of revenues, costs, and profits, identifying areas for improvement,
  
  assessment of project profitability and analysis of financial risk,
• ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines (sales, operations),
• monitoring, controlling, and streamlining internal processes within the organization.

Wymagania

• higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
• min. 10 years’ experience in a production company,
• knowledge of IFRS (familiarity with German accounting standards is a plus),
• experienced in working closely together with external services,
• fluent in English and/or German,
• very hands on (used to bridge lack of system support via Excel),
• proven track record of ramping up structures and implementing policies in a growing organization.
