Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards and tools for ongoing KPI tracking
- Prepare financial, controlling, and operational reports (recurring and ad hoc)
- Analyze profitability across products, projects, and revenue streams
- Verify budgets, analyze deviations, and support forecasting processes
- Analyze cost structures and recommend areas for optimization
- Support CFO and Financial Ops Manager in building forecasts and financial models
- Work with data from multiple sources (payment systems, ERP, accounting, CRM)
- Work directly with department leads — provide data to support their decisions
- Coordinate financial data between accounting and finance operations
- Assist in the monthly close process (data completeness, reconciliations)
- Ensure high quality of financial source data (invoice descriptions, cost categories, tagging)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in controlling / financial analysis
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Power BI or similar is a plus
- Able to translate financial data into insights and business actions
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, organized
- Comfortable communicating in English in a financial/business context
