As the Financial controller and Administration Manager you are responsible for the financial processes. Your primarily duties are managing the financial day to day activities and administrational tasks, allignment with the external accountant, preparation of the month-end reporting and yearly/quartely/ monthly forecasting. You are the liason between external and internal stakeholders.

What we expect

  • 5+ years of experience in independent accounting/ controlling position,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Good comand on polish taxes,
  • Education related with finance/accounting/ taxes,
  • Advanced excel skills,
  • Analytical skills.

Your tasks

  • Complex review of data delivered by accountants (financial entries, financial statements),
  • Preparation of group reporting ( monthly/quarterly/yearly, short and long term forecasts, budgets) for Poland and Spain,
  • Control and management of daily accounting tasks,
  • Making sure all tax and finance documentation has been submitted by the company on timely manner,
  • Managing finance and tax projects with external advisors,
  • Proactively look for changes in law which might impact company daily activity,
  • Close cooperation with Management Boards, Group controller / Finance team, other departments from the Capital group (House of HR),
  • Handling of internal and external audits,
  • Processing transactions in the accounting system, managing and support the assistant.,
  • Managing a financial team of 2 people,
  • Managing administration tasks (with help of the team).
