Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller , you will play a key role in supporting the regional finance organization through performance analysis, financial controlling, and process optimization. You will act as a finance business partner, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial reporting and decision-making across multiple entities in the region.

What you will do:

  • Support and coordinate financial controlling activities across the region.

  • Verify and review month-end closing activities (validation, not booking).

  • Analyze P&L and balance sheets in a manufacturing environment.

  • Monitor the impact of inventory changes on production costs and profitability.

  • Create, validate, and monitor financial provisions and data accuracy.

  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

  • Cooperate closely with the regional finance and operations teams.

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or Controlling.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or controlling, including:financial and management reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes in manufacturing and the business drivers behind the numbers.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

  • Fluency in English (Polish not required) and ability to work in an international environment.
