Financial Controller

Our client is a global corporation with a growing Shared Service Center (SSC) in Kraków. They are currently seeking a talented Financial Controller to join their team.
Responsibilities:
As a Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Financial budgeting, forecasting processes, and preparation of financial analysis for a business unit.
• Production and delivery of reports to specific deadlines.
• Providing and interpreting financial information.
• Supporting corporate decision-making by providing reports and analysis.
• Active participation in the audit process.

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (or any equivalent combination of education).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the SSC/BPO sector.
• Previous experience in the GL department.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• An action-oriented way of working with an eye for detail.
• Responsible, accountable, resourceful, and a creative problem-solver.
