• Prepare monthly performance reports for assigned regions, including variance analysis and commentary on key business drivers
• Support the month-end close process by reviewing financial data and ensuring accuracy of reported results
• Develop and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning
• Analyze sales and gross margin performance at regional, product, and customer levels
• Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, including template design and validation of planning assumptions
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to support revenue growth and margin optimization initiatives
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making

• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial controlling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong experience working with financial systems and large datasets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Structured, data-driven mindset with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with digital tools and enthusiasm for process automation in finance
