Based 50% onsite at the plant outside Hannover with regular liaison with the Shared Services team based currently in Germany.
Description:
Key role in finance team with responsibility for financial accounting and reporting for the business
Prepare and analyse monthly accounts
Work with Shared Service team to produce monthly management reporting together with other ad hocreports
Group financial and local statutory reporting
Oversee the budget and forecasting process
Work with the business to develop/implement/manage internal controls, policies and procedures in line withaccounting manual
Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
Assume a critical role as partner to the commercial and operational managers working through analysis ofstandard margins and manufacturing variances
Work closely with the business on working capital management
Monitor closely pricing and margins. Ensure all product and project costings are accurately maintained andensure process is in place to make accurate estimates Drive process improvement
