Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial management reports and assist with statutory reporting
• Provide timely support to the accounting team on productivity improvement, demand planning, reporting and metrics management.
• Manage the forecasting and budgeting process, including variance analysis of actuals versus planned performance.
• Responsibility for cash flow, NWC, CAPEX
• Developing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and auditing standards
• Managing accounting systems and overseeing daily financial operations
• Identify and investigate variances against forecasts, budgets and prior year spend and recommend opportunities for financial improvement and process optimization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, cost of goods sold (COGS), sales performance and evaluate actual results against business plans.
• Collaborate with operations team and other departments across the organization, fostering strong working relationships

Required qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position – financial/business controlling and support of commercial teams
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, experience working in a SAP environment.
• Higher education in the field – Finance and Accounting.
• Analytical and business finance mindset.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and information sources
• Ability to work with people from different levels of the organization and in an international environment.
