Together with our client, were looking for an experienced plant controller, who will be responsible for financial control for plants in Poland and reporting to the group.

What we expect

• at least 3 years experience in controlling (ideally automotive plant controlling), experience in industrial controlling is essential
• advanced English (min B2+) and Polish (min B2+)
• very good MS Office working knowledge (especially Excel)
• strong organizational skills and analytical mind
• nice to have: SAP experience, French language knowledge

Your tasks

• end month closing, reporting and gap analysis versus budget on the full P&L
• controlling production cost, standard cost, sales prices, margins, overheads, overdue balances, etc
• monitors the plant risks and opportunities, and assists local and regional management in identifying and setting performance improvement initiatives
• based on volume information provided by the group, preparing together with local and regional management annual budgets
• assist local accounting in annual financial audits
