Due to dynamic development, we are looking for candidates for the position:

Workplace: Gdynia

Responsibilities:

• Conducting internal control over financial processes and monitoring working capital (analysis of receivables and inventory);
• Performing control over the implementation of budget tasks and preparing current financial forecasts and long-term plans;
• Analyzing individual business areas in terms of budget performance, identifying deviations, and indicating corrective actions;
• Determining the terms of financing for subsidiary companies;
• Cooperating with company departments in budget creation;
• Developing financial policy procedures regarding individual organization assets and liabilities;
• Coordinating the creation of cost norms and standards;
• Actively supporting operational positions by identifying areas to increase company efficiency;
• Preparing fund requirement plans in the short and long term based on budgets and prepared medium and long-term forecasts;
• Preparing investment proposals and evaluating them according to group standards;
• Initiating new solutions to increase the level of efficiency and profitability of investments and projects, as well as their financing opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in finance, economics or related majors;
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in a position with a similar range of tasks;
• Good knowledge of accounting principles;
• Very good knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of English at B2 level;
• Willingness to learn and gain new professional experience.
