Job description
At STX Next, were a fast-growing, innovative company with a global presence. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of our financial accounting activities, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements across the organization.

- Masters degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel and reporting systems skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- A passion for innovation and problem-solving using technology and technical expertise.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player.
- English (min. B1 level).

,[Oversee monthly financial accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing., Lead the creation and management of financial annual and interim reporting, aligning them with organizational processes and proactively identifying potential risks., Analyze financial results and KPIs to provide actionable insights., Participate in long-term planning, forecasts, and budgeting processes, contributing to the organizations strategic direction., Develop and maintain business support tools and reports using Power BI and advanced analytical skills., Collaborate in external and internal audit processes, ensuring compliance and transparency., Work closely with the Controlling and Accounting teams to streamline processes and enhance financial management., Communicate proactively and effectively with diverse stakeholders, fostering strong relationships., Support subsidiaries and other organizational units with accounting and reporting expertise., Participate in and lead ad hoc projects, driving innovation and process improvement., Grow professionally in a global, innovative, and dynamic organization, collaborating with high-performing colleagues.
