Financial Consolidation and Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a driven individual to join our Reporting team and play a key role in supporting the consolidation and preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in financial reporting and excellent analytical skills.

This role is based in the Warsaw office, with a hybrid work mode: Tuesday - Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remotely. The first month is fully onsite for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparing the companys separate and consolidated financial statements.
• Prepare the consolidation package, including intergroup transaction reconciliation.
• Reconcile and prepare documentation for consolidation adjustments.
• Analyze consolidation packages from subsidiaries for correctness.
• Apply and ensure correct implementation of accounting policies within the Group.
• Optimize reporting processes through innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal Accounting and Controlling departments.
• Work with external auditors to facilitate audit processes.
• Assist in reporting to the Central Statistical Office (GUS).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role or in financial statement audit, including consolidated financial statements.
• Extensive knowledge of IAS/IFRS and Polish Accounting Act.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Interest in innovation and proactive problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role at a WSE-listed company.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA or PIBR.
• Knowledge of IBM Cognos Controller.
• Experience in auditing or Shared Services/Global Business Services.
• Ability to create reports in Power BI.
