Financial Analyst with French - Senior Associate

Hybrid model: 2 days office / 3 days remote

EY Global Delivery Services provides integrated service delivery. We are seeking a Finance Advisor to support the EY CBS France organization within our BA&I team.

Opportunity

As a Finance Consultant, you will be a strategic advisor and business partner to key leaders, assisting the CBS France Finance Lead with critical thinking on business direction, operating performance and financial results to support decision making among leadership teams. You will build trusted relationships, collaborate across finance teams and deliver best‑in‑class analytical support and reporting solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze financial data (Actual, Plan and Forecast) to support decision‑making discussions at the Region Executive meeting.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to identify key areas of focus, transforming insight into commentary for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and process key financial processes including Plan, Forecast, Month‑End and Year‑End.
• Respond to ad‑hoc requests from key stakeholders to support decision‑making discussions.
• Elevate the Finance team’s profile within the business and pursue your own professional development.

• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn financial software (Essbase, Hyperion, Business Objects).

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or professional certification in a business‑related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance).
• Approximately 3 years of experience in an accounting or analysis function.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of French (spoken and written). Proficiency is a plus but not required.
