On behalf of our Client, Randstad is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join a dynamic and growing Financial Hub in Krakow.

What we expect
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is eager to learn and make a difference.
- a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a finance or accounting role;
- fluency in English & French (B2+/C1, both written and verbal) is a must;
- excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- experience with ERP/BI systems (or a strong desire to learn them) is highly valued.
- a background in Financial Controlling is a strong advantage.

Your tasks
As a key member of the team, you will be a trusted financial partner for Supply Chain leaders, turning data into actionable insights. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and success of Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics operations.
- you will manage financial reporting and analysis for forecasts, plans, and monthly performance, ensuring leaders have the clear, accurate data they need;
- you will track and validate significant cost-saving projects, offering sound financial advice that boosts operational efficiency and directly contributes to the companys bottom line;
- you’ll have many opportunities to innovate by creating and enhancing analytics and reporting systems, making our processes smarter and more effective;
- you will partner with Supply Chain Finance teams across Europe, helping to design and coordinate best-in-class forecasting and planning processes.
