For our Client, a leading global player in the retail industry, we are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join their newly forming SSC in Kraków. This organization is recognized for its strong market presence, innovation, and commitment to excellence. As part of their strategic growth, they are building a team of Financial Analysts covering the EMEA region, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and contribute to a new structure in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• analyze financial data, including sales results, revenue, and costs, to identify trends and areas for improvement,
• support in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management,
• monitor expenses and suggest ways to reduce costs,
• help maintain financial models to ensure accurate and clear projections,
• collaborate with teams across the company to gather data and provide recommendations,
• assist with monthly financial processes and take part in ad-hoc analysis or special projects.

Requirements:

• experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on sales and costs,
• strong analytical skills to interpret data and spot trends,
• proficiency in Excel for financial calculations and reports,
• ability to clearly communicate findings to the team and stakeholders,
• English skills at a communicative level (B2+),
• ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
