Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate with accounting, SAP, and EPM knowledge who is willing to grow into a finance business support role. The position is part of the Lease Accounting team that provides services to the Global Ecolab Organization (operating in North America, Europe, IMEA, China, and Asia Pacific). It focuses on supporting key financial controlling processes and will act as SME in cross-regional projects related to process and cost optimization.
Your responsibilities:
- Review the existing reporting capability, including operational details.
- Redesign and develop reporting standards to ensure harmonized reporting across all regions.
- Perform research and analysis of performance results in accounting and reporting systems to determine correctness & completeness.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc detailed reporting, analysis of leases, and presentation at the global, regional, and country level.
- Partner with global budget owners to provide support and reporting.

What You Will Need:
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, GBS, or business decision support.
- University degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or business management.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex financial and performance information to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent synthesizing, analytical, and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis.
- Strong personality with a “can-do” attitude and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Strong PC skills, including SAP, OnBase, EPM, PowerPoint, and Excel.
