• Participate in month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare detailed financial reports, analyses, and accounting documentation
• Reconcile accounts and manage accounting entries, ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Oversee the reclassification of Accounts Receivable credit balances
• Develop and analyze monthly audit reports related to payment terms, credit limits, and system blocks
• Generate regular reports on customer payments, credit limit breaches, and disputed invoices, providing insights for decision-making
• Support both internal and external audit processes, offering solutions to discrepancies identified during reviews
• Contribute to the annual financial review of customer credit limits, aligning with business goals
• Manage and maintain accurate customer Master Data to ensure process efficiency
• Provide support in factoring processes to optimize working capital management
• Continuously enhance financial processes to meet high standards of customer satisfaction
• Handle ad hoc tasks related to Financial Risk Management

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or above)
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Interest in learning Power BI and VBA for data automation and reporting
• Familiarity with ARMS and HFM/One Stream is a plus
