Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team at CHC Helicopter, focusing on global cost control. In this role, you will play a key part in providing finance analytical support, collecting and analyzing financial information to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction across our organization.

This role reports to FP&A Director in Dallas. You will serve as the finance partner for global function leaders, collaborating closely with them to understand their financial needs and provide periodic budget performance reviews. Working alongside centralized expense leaders, you will provide global guidance on the indirect cost budgeting and forecasting process. Your expertise and analytical support will be crucial in assisting global departments with cost reduction initiatives, driving financial efficiency throughout the organization.

Additionally, as part of this role, you will dedicate a portion of your time (15%) to support cost control initiatives locally in H1 Poland Shops, contributing to cost reduction efforts at the regional level.

The successful candidate for this position must possess strong financial analysis skills, a deep understanding of cost control principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide finance analytical support for global cost control initiatives;
• Collect and analyze financial information to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction;
• Serve as the finance partner for global function leaders, conducting periodic budget performance reviews and providing financial insights;

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Experience with Planful/Spotlight or similar Financial tools;
• Proven experience in finance analysis and cost control;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global function leaders and stakeholders at all levels;
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work with complex financial data;
• Proactive attitude and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities;
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles;
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Poland.
