What we expect

• at least 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field;
• proven experience in Opex management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with expertise in handling large datasets and financial modeling (knowledge of Macros is a plus);
• technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new tools;
• excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

Your tasks

• collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and accounting to develop the annual budget and support the monthly forecasting process;
• analyze and interpret drivers of variances against forecasts, providing insights into trends;
• manage and oversee reporting on key financial metrics;
• contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of financial models, forecasts, and budgets;
• lead efforts to innovate and simplify processes and reporting tools;
• support monthly business reviews and finance-related deliverables;
• foster cross-functional collaboration with various teams to achieve shared goals
