How Youll Make an Impact - Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate in the companys reporting and controlling process
• Support financial team in achieving companys business goals and objectives
• Active participation in month-end close, budgeting/forecasting activities
• Provide accurate and timely insight into business performance by analysing variances of actual results from budget/forecast and preparing monthly performance reports
• Ad hoc analysis
• Business partnership with country management and sales teams
• Participate in finance projects
• Support in the development and execution of appropriate analytical tools and forecasting models
• Initiate efficiency opportunities
• Contribute to financial and internal audit

What Makes You a Great Fit

• University degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Experience within a multinational organization and/or within an audit firm will be considered an asset
• Very good analytical skills
• Experience with the use of Excel, PowerPoint, understanding accounting systems
• Good written and oral communication skills in Polish and English
