Twój zakres obowiązków

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Plant Controller for the Tczew Plant, supporting the existing local organization in financial planning & analysis.
How you will impact WestRock
Support for Financial Controller and Ops Team in Daily tasks
Preparation of sales and expenses reporting & analysis
Review of Production Performance (actual vs Standard costing), close cooperation with Production/Planning/Material Team
Participate in month closing process including posting journal entries, managing accruals & provisions
Support with the preparation of the statutory & US-GAAP monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Assist with reviewing, ensuring, and developing internal SOX controls & processes.
Support with fixed asset reporting, & transactional activities related to Accounts payable & receivable
Take a leading role in the budgeting & planning processes
Open for ad hoc analysis/tasks

Nasze wymagania

Higher education, preferred economics
Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions
Knowledge in the areas of accounting, controlling, and reporting
Ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of English
Proficiency in Excel
Experience in the Analysis/Controlling/Audit/Accounting Department is welcome
Proactive, hardworking and someone who can build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
